Make Our SMALL Daily ROUTINES Are Actually BIG Investment


      Most of peoples always underestimate their small daily routines that actually very important.  Whereas, trivial things can be a big thing.  So we need to notice anythings that looks small. For that I give you some suggestion that what we must do to make our Small daily ROUTINES are Actually BIG investment.

      1.      Planning
Planning helps us to get prepares for emergencies that may arise during the course of the project. Planning gives us a fairly good idea about the expenses involved in the project. 1 HOUR of PLANNING wil Save 10 HOURS of Doing. Planning give a rough estimate f time required for a project. A well thought plan gives us clear idea about what is to be done every day, every week and every month.

      2.      Smiling.
Smiling will increase your energy. Spending  5 minutes a day smiling will increase your energy for The whole day.   Psychologists have found that even if you’re in bad mood, smiling really can improve your body is more relaxed. Smiling really can improve your health, too.  Your body is more relaxed when you smile, which contributes to good health and stronger immune system.

      3.      Listening Music.
Why Listening Music??? Remember, turning your favorite music and song can turn down your daily stress. Many studies have been conducted on the benefits of listening to music. It is piped into operating rooms, use in pain management, and played during physical therapy sessions.  It can alter our moods, our outlook, and often our productivity.

      4.      Walking.
Walking 10 mintues a day, can make ife 10 years longer.  Walking  can reduce risk of heart disease and stroke, reduce cholesterol and reduce risk of colon cancer. Just start with 5 – 10 minutes walking a day and gradually increase your time or distance, wou will fell different.  That is one thing that all helath professional agree on.

      5.      Laugh.
Laughter is probably the only medicine that is free and works. Studies indicate that laughter is natural medicine, with the ability to decrease stress-related hormones. The benefits of laughter offers include boosting the immune system, regulating blood pressure, increasing the flow of blood and oxygen.
      6.      Cheer your self up.
How to cheer your self??? The best way to cheer your self up is try to cheer somebody else up. Helping other else feel good reverses feelings of isolation, helplessness and depression, and boots your immune system.

      7.      Cheerfully.
Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully. Being altruistic, or giving to help others, not only benefits the person being helpend, but practicing altruism also has many benefits for the person doing the elping.

      8.      Eat apple.
Why we need to eat apple??? Need to you know, an apple can help you to stay awake. Apple, not caffeine, are more efficient at waking you up in the morning. Apple contain natural sugar which will provide some immediate blood-sugar boost for your alertness. Beside that apple cleans teeth and strengthen gum, make your cholesterol level lower and also prevents constipation because it helps in digestion.

      9.      Relaxing.
 You should meluangkan waktu  to relaxing. Closing your  eyes and relaxing for a few minutes will open POSITIVE POWER and Life FORCES. It can be hard on the hectic road of life to pull over and relax. But you shold try. The great way to keep your self healthy in mind, body and spirit is make your physical balance with your emotion.
